Process
Five stages. Scope is agreed in writing at stage three, before anything gets built.
We start with the decision or the workflow, not the dataset.
A small, safe sample tells us more than any amount of description.
Deliverables, exclusions, assumptions, revisions and timeline, in writing.
We build, then we try to break it before you see it.
You own the file, and somebody on your side can run it.
Trust & Privacy
Including the parts that are inconvenient to admit.
Both founders are named on the About page. No subcontractors are used, and if that ever changes we will tell you before it applies to your project.
There is no upload box, because we have not built storage we are willing to make promises about. Share a link you control, and you can revoke it whenever you like.
One representative sample is enough to scope a project. Where the work does not need identifying fields, strip them before sending rather than trusting anyone with them.
Working copies are deleted within 30 days of a project closing, or sooner if you ask. Nothing of yours is published without written permission.
Yours governs — we do not push a template of our own. Raise it before you send anything sensitive and it gets handled first.
We do not claim encryption at rest, ISO certification, SOC 2 or HIPAA compliance, because we have not implemented them. What we do is written out in full on the privacy page.
Send a sample, or just describe the report you need. We will tell you what it would take — and if we are not the right people for it, we will say that instead.
